Criteria before considering a discussion in MDM-FMG

Criteria: clinical criteria of aggressiveness only (rapid progression, extent of lesions, ≥ T2, general signs, etc.) without any other criteria

Entities concerned:

  • Main: Diffuse large cutaneous B-cell lymphomas leg-type that are refractory or recurrent after first-line R-C(H)OP
  • Others (rarer) :
    • Refractory or recurrent centrofollicular cutaneous B-cell lymphomas
    • Diffuse large cutaneous B-cell lymphomas not classified as leg-type or centrofollicular type (pcDLBCL-NOS).
    • Transformation into large cells of primary small cell cutaneous B-cell lymphomas (centrofollicular or marginal zone) if this transformation is associated with criteria of aggressiveness
